Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
Wheeler Digital, LLC (“Wheeler Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at wheeler-digital.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or contact us through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in Kirkland, Washington, United States. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, your email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your company, your website, and the contents of your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you include.
Information collected automatically. As with most websites, our hosting and security provider automatically records basic technical data when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type and version, referring page, and the date and time of the request. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.
We do not currently use website analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking technologies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
Cookies
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting and security provider may use strictly necessary cookies to keep the Site secure and operational. Because we do not run analytics or advertising cookies, the Site does not display a cookie-consent banner.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your request;
- provide, prepare, or discuss our services;
- maintain the security and integrity of the Site; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use your contact-form information to send you marketing email unless you ask us to.
Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your information on the basis of your consent (when you choose to contact us), our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site and responding to inquiries), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to operate the Site. They process data only as needed to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, and security (processes the technical and log data described above).
- Resend — email delivery; processes your contact-form submission solely to deliver it to our inbox.
- Google Fonts — the Site loads typefaces from Google’s font service, which may receive your IP address when fonts are requested.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your rights).
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including HTTPS encryption in transit and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to request a copy of the information you have given us.
- EEA / UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
- California (CCPA / CPRA): the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed there. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, LinkedIn or ResearchGate). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
